4. No Banking Services

RETAILERWAY is not a bank and does not provide banking services.

RETAILERWAY does not custody user funds. Funds are handled by regulated third-party partners that provide the relevant financial services where applicable.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the platform.

You agree to comply with any identity verification, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and compliance-related requirements that may apply to your use of the services.
